Services
The State of Texas sets maximum Notary fees as specified in Texas Government Code 406.024. These fees represent the maximum deduction allowed from self-employment income for a notary when filing their income taxes:

As mobile Notary signing agents, the State of Texas allows additional, non-specified fees to be added to cover additional costs and time. This is a standard practice that is customary and widely accepted. For General notary services, we charge according to the State of Texas guidelines plus an afterhours fee, if applicable, plus a weekend/holiday fee, if applicable, plus a $20 trip fee for up-to 20 miles one-way service, and after-normal-business-hours or "convenience" fee. There is NO trip fee for services performed in our office. Navtex Mobile Notaries has created the following fee guidelines for mobile real estate signings. Mobile/Travel Fees may be added as an additional charge depending on the distance and time. These fees must be negotiated and mutually agreed upon prior to committing to a signing and will be invoiced as a separate line item from the actual Notarial fee. Call for a quote.
